Rachael Craanen

Occupational Therapist

Rachael is an Occupational Therapist at The London Children’s Practice. She obtained her Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Swinburne in Melbourne. 

Rachael has experience working with children in community settings including homes, schools and early learning. She has worked with children from a range of backgrounds, ages and diagnoses. Rachael is a passionate advocate for inclusion and ensuring that your child can participate fully in all the activities they want and need to do to live a fulfilled meaningful life. 

Rachael has a keen interest in sensory based interventions, Autism Spectrum disorders, handwriting, dyspraxia, daily living skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills.

Rachael is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy and is also registered with the Health and Care Professions council. 

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys being active and moving (she understands the importance of moving our bodies for regulation and concentration!), cooking and baking, music, chick flicks, sport and friends.
