Kayla is an Occupational Therapist from New York City. She obtained her MA degree in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2015. She has experience working with children ages 2 to 18 within private clinics, public and private schools, teletherapy and homes. Kayla is trained in Sensory Integration, DIR, reflex integration practices, behavioural management and Yoga for the Special Child. She holds a 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher certification as well as a Tomatis listening therapy certification. Her practice style is child-led and play-based to keep children engaged and intrinsically motivated to reach their highest potential.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, appreciating music and the arts, running and practicing yoga.
