Occupational Therapists
London Children’s Practice is a thriving multi-disciplinary practice based in central London, providing services across the whole of Greater London. Our team of 70 staff members work in over 80 schools, as well as our central London clinic, and together support over 1000 children each week. Due to the acquisition of new contracts, we are rapidly expanding and are looking to develop the depth of our team by hiring junior and senior Paediatric Occupational Therapists and currently have positions available.
At London Children’s Practice, we understand that a priority for therapists is to join a supportive team where you can learn and develop professionally. As such, we have developed a small team system with regular team huddles to check-in on each other as well as to arrange CPD opportunities and learn from each other.
We pride ourselves on providing a workplace where therapists can learn, grow and achieve the best outcomes for themselves and their clients. In addition to building clinical competencies, at the London Children’s Practice, we look to upskill and promote our staff to leadership positions from within rather than hiring for those roles externally.
- Newly qualified therapists will be supported through weekly supervision sessions, where you will discuss your caseload, be taught specific therapy approaches and also complete your competencies with your supervisor.
- Senior therapists will be able to take on responsibilities including supervision of junior staff or students, leadership of a small team of therapists and/or management of projects.
We provide:
Regular clinical supervision
Regular internal and external training
Support for staff to grow into their clinical specialities
Access to MDT working
Support for staff to achieve non-clinical competencies
Yearly salary and role reviews
Quarterly bonus system
Friendly and supportive workplace
Dedicated staff satisfaction team focussed on staff happiness
Flexible working options
Regular staff social events
Staff well-being days
Our clinic is based in South-West London
Please send enquiries to Director of Services, Katie Raitt, at recruitment@londonchildrenspractice.com
