Dyslexia Assessor

Pola is a Dyslexia Specialist Teacher and Assessor who has taught in a variety of educational settings, both in England and abroad. Pola has worked as Head of Inclusion at a preparatory school for over 12 years where her responsibilities involve supporting pupils who have learning difficulties as well as those who are new to English. Pola’s job has allowed her to gain extensive expertise in working with children with a range of learning needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as well as those with mild hearing and visual impediment.

Pola is a registered member of The Professional Association for Teachers and Assessors of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Membership (PATOSS). Pola holds a current SpLD Assessment Practising Certificate no 500002657-IF8030.  

Pola’s professional qualifications, as well as teaching experience, allow for a very comprehensive assessment of the child’s cognitive and academic skills. Pola’s assessment has the same validity as that of the Educational Psychologist.
