Our company is small, fast-changing and growing. We need a person who can take on the challenges of multi-tasking between the different demands of our business services and develop and manage efficient processes.
Dealing with children, parents, schools, solicitors, associated professionals and our own core staff, the person will need to be confident and approachable, maintaining an overview of the priorities of the business at all times.
Insight and initiative are required to be successful in this role but must be backed with an eye for quality and attention to detail. The right person will enjoy juggling constantly changing priorities.
With knowledge of special needs assessment and diagnoses for children, scheduling of client appointments for many staff in different locations and handling demanding and difficult clients, you will be able to hit the ground running. You should have worked in a private practice environment in education or healthcare at the core of its operations.
Working to the Operations Director you will need to be professional, trustworthy and committed to the business, being flexible in your approach and your working hours, which will usually be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. We offer a competitive salary with 25 days holiday per annum.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself at the heart of a company with ambitious growth plans. The right person will ideally be educated to degree level and must have relevant work experience with children, special needs, speech or occupational therapy and private healthcare or education operations. They will have exceptional organisational ability, love to ‘sort things out’ and deliver great customer service. Due to our expansion plans, they should also have a knowledge of employment legislation, particularly in regard to employing staff from outside the EU. Candidates will be required to be cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau through their Enhanced check before employment can be offered.
If you feel this sounds like the right job for you then please contact us on the details below. If you have any doubt on your enthusiasm or skill for the post then please don’t apply.
Riverston Holdings/London Children’s Practice is committed to diversity and will promote diversity for all employees and applicants and shall adhere to such a policy at all times.
