Meet
Noluthando Fadipe

Team Lead & Speech and Language Therapist

Noluthando obtained her degree: BSpeech, Language and Hearing Therapy at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She completed her Community Service at Witbank Hospital, Mpumalanga where she gained her first experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Within this setting she increased her experience in assessing and managing children with different neuro-developmental disorders including Autism, ADD and ADHD as well as global developmental delay. There, she developed a great passion in helping patients especially those who are under-serviced because of language and cultural barriers. In the same year she also did a training with Autism Western Cape. This training gave her the tools to give efficient therapy and she developed a deeper understanding of the diagnosis and how to help caregivers navigate through the diagnosis.

In the years following her community service, she gained experience working both in the private and public health attending to adults and children in clinic, school settings and in acute care. Her duties included assessing and managing patients in ICU as well as out-patient facilities.

In 2022, Noluthando moved to London and worked in a nursery for children with diagnosed and suspected Autism. She successfully completed training in DIR: Floortime 101 and used this approach when giving therapy.

As a new mum she has developed a liking to early communication intervention and working with children with special needs, which she feels passionately about.
