Natalia is a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, who is qualified as a speech and language therapist in Slovakia. She recently completed her Master’s degree with honours in speech and language therapy & therapeutic education.
Natalia has experience working with children diagnosed with speech sound disorder, developmental language disorder, autism spectrum disorder and developmental verbal dyspraxia as well as adults diagnosed with aphasia, dysphagia and dysarthria. She has experience as a research assistant in collecting normative data for formal assessments.
She is interested in augmentative and alternative communication, speech sound disorders, paediatric dysphagia, feeding difficulties and early intervention. She enjoys conducting clinical research and attending speech & language therapy conferences and workshops.
Natalia is multilingual and fluently speaks English, French, Czech and Slovak.
In her spare time she enjoys walking in nature, cooking, doing yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
