
Lucy Donovan
Lucy is a Speech and Language Therapist at The London Children’s Practice. She obtained her BSc (Hons) in Speech Pathology at Curtin University in Perth, Australia and has worked extensively in both Perth and Melbourne prior to relocating to the UK. Currently, Lucy works in both our Sloane Square Clinic and in schools.
Lucy has experience working with both children and adults with complex communication needs across a range of different settings (nurseries, mainstream and SEN schools and community). Lucy has a particular interest in Alternative and Augmentative Communication, Autism Spectrum Disorder and supporting children who have complex communication needs and their families. Lucy is fully Dysphagia trained and is also trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Outside of work Lucy enjoys going to music gigs, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Lucy also enjoys practising her French and Italian, which she studied prior to undertaking her speech pathology degree.
