Joseph is a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant at London Children’s Practice. Joseph obtained his qualification in Escola Superior de Saúde (ESS), in Porto, Portugal. Currently, Joseph works primarily with children with speech and language difficulties.  

Joseph has experience working in Portugal with children with articulatory and language disorders, but also language disorders in adults. 

Joseph has a special interest in electrotherapy, facial paralysis, dysphagia, dyslexia, speech dyspraxia and specific language disorder.  

Joseph is working towards achieving his Health and Care Professions Council.  

He is a native Portuguese speaker and can also speak Spanish.  

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys meeting with friends and going to the gym.
