Duygu is an Occupational Therapist at The London Children’s Practice. Duygu obtained her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy at Uskudar University in Turkey in 2017. Currently, Duygu works primarily with children with ADHD, autism and sensory processing difficulties between the ages of 0-16.
Duygu has 4 and half years of experience in paediatric field in clinic and school settings. Duygu has a special interest in Sensory Integration and has completed her Ayres Sensory Integration specialization through the CLASI in 2018. Duygu has experience in various assessment tools such as Beery VMI, Movement ABC, Ayres’ Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) as well as various school based assessments.
Duygu is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).
Duygu also speaks Turkish and beginner level of Arabic. Outside of work Duygu enjoys being outdoors as often as she can and loves playing tennis and swimming.
